Happy Halloween!

October 24

We went old school on Halloween, handing out little boxes of Dots (uh, yuck) and going with a traditional Jack-o-Lantern. I would have chosen Reeses, but I handed the candy-buying duty off to my husband.

Also, we have all these power tools in the garage and I wanted to use them to carve the pumpkin. Efficient and creative, right? No. Apparently, that would be “messy” and “dangerous” and “would ruin my beautiful, shiny toys.” At least, according to the spoilsport who owns those tools.

Hope you had a happy Halloween. Have a lovely post-sugar-high November 1st!
